Jimmy Buffett is getting an early start on his 2009 Summerzcool Tour, with dates kicking off next month.
So far, the leader of the Parrotheads has late-February shows booked on the Hawaiian islands of Maui and Oahu, where he’ll be on hand to open his latest Margaritaville Restauran. Buffett’s initial schedule also includes April dates in North Carolina and an August gig in Clarkston, Michigan.
Rumored tour dates online include two-night stands at Toyota Park in Chicago, Susquehanna Bank Center in Camden NJ, Comcast Center in Mansfield MA, the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, and New York’s Madison Square Garden.
Buffett continues to support his latest studio effort, 2006′s Take the Weather With You.
