George Strait, who’s backing his recently released new studio set, “Twang,” will team up next year with fellow country icons Reba McEntire and Lee Ann Womack for a nationwide arena tour.
The award-winning country stars will kick off the outing with a January 22nd performance in Baltimore, followed by stops in 18 cities across the US. The current itinerary concludes with an April 10th show in Des Moines, IA.
“We’re talking classic country from the source,” said Womack. “I can’t imagine a better tour to be on than George Strait and Reba McEntire–and now I’m not imagining! I’m trying to figure out what to wear,” she added, “cause you can’t out-starch George and you sure can’t out-spangle Reba!”
