Ozzfest Returns To The Road This Summer!

Ozzy Osbourne and Motley Crue lead the lineup of the resurrected Ozzfest, which returns to arenas this summer after taking a break last year. The traveling metal festival was last seen in full travel mode in 2007 – 2008′s Ozzfest consisted of a single stadium show in Dallas.

Judas Priest frontman Rob Halford will also be performing material from his long career fronting Priest, along with a selection of material from his solo career and his ’90s side project Fight. DevilDriver and Nonpoint round out the main-stage lineup, while a second stage will feature Black Label Society, Drowning Pool, Kingdom of Sorrow, Goatwhore, Skeletonwitch, Saviours and Kataklysm.

The tour kicks off on August 14th in San Bernardino CA, and will travel to just six cities this summer, finishing up on August 24th in Mansfield, MA. After that, Ozzy Osbourne takes off on his planned 18-month world tour in support of his forthcoming studio album, “Scream.”

Jonas Brothers Map World Tour with Demi Lovato

The Jonas Brothers will team up with Demi Lovato for a world tour this summer behind their latest Disney Channel movie, “Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam.”

The first leg of the tour will have them criss-crossing North America, beginning July 27th in Dallas and running through an October 17th performance in Raleigh, NC. So far, stops in 45 cities have been announced, though the venues have yet to be confirmed.

Jonas Brothers tickets for most concerts will go on sale beginning May 15th.

American Idols LIVE! Tour 2010 Dates Announced

The Top 10 finalists – Aaron Kelly, Andrew Garcia, Casey James, Crystal Bowersox, Didi Benami, Katie Stevens, Lee DeWyze, Michael Lynche, Siobhan Magnus, and Tim Urban – will hit the road this summer on the American Idols LIVE! Tour 2010.

As announced on last week’s American Idol performance show, this year’s hotly anticipated American Idol Live tickets will go on sale in select markets beginning May 14th.

America’s #1 show will make 49 stops this summer at a mix of top arenas and amphitheaters across North America giving fans a chance once again to catch their favorite “Idols” performing live in a town near them. The tour begins on July 1st at the Palace of Auburn Hills in Detroit, and runs through September 14th in Pittsburgh at the Consol Energy Center.

Meat Loaf Hits The Road This Summer

Meat Loaf will spend some time on the road this summer in support of his forthcoming album, “Hang Cool Teddy Bear.”

The rocker will kick off the tour with a July 3rd stop in Gilford NH, followed by another six performances along the Eastern Seaboard. The outing currently wraps with two Michigan concerts: July 22nd in Detroit and July 24th in Sault Sainte Marie. According to a press release, more dates will be added in the near future.

Meat Loaf Tickets for most dates went on sale May 1st, and are available for purchase now.

“Hang Cool Teddy Bear,” the musician’s 11th studio effort, will hit shelves May 11th. Meat Loaf worked with producer Rob Cavallo on the set, which features guest appearances by Jack Black, Hugh Laurie, Kara DioGuardi and Steve Vai.

50 Cent Hitting The Tour Circuit This Spring

50 Cent is getting ready to set out on a late spring US tour in support of his latest studio album, “Before I Self Destruct.” The tour kicks off on May 28th in Cleveland, and will close on June 25th in Atlantic City, NJ. 50 Cent tickets are available for purchase right now!

“Before I Self Destruct,” the rapper’s long-delayed fourth studio album, finally surfaced in November 2009 after initially being slotted for release two years earlier. The set was held back so that Fiddy could concentrate on a different album, “Curtis,” which ended up being Jackson’s 2007 release.

On his current tour, 50 will be introducing material from his next album, which will be titled “Black Magic” and is tentatively scheduled for a summer release.

Hole Kicks Off Concert Tour This June!

Courtney Love and a rejuvenated Hole have begun mapping out dates for a summer tour in support of the band’s first album in 12 years, “Nobody’s Daughter.” This is Hole’s fourth studio album, and first since 1998′s “Celebrity Skin.” The first single from the new album, “Skinny Little Bitch,” was released in March.

Hole has only unveiled a handful of tour dates thus far, but we know that things kick off on June 22nd in Philadelphia, and including stops in Boston, Washington, DC, and Montclair, NJ. Hole tickets are currently on sale!

Courtney Love is the only remaining original member of Hole. The group currently consists of Love, guitarist Micko Larkin, bassist Shawn Dailey and drummer Stu Fischer.

The Black Crowes Announce Dates For Their “Final” Tour

The Black Crowes will go out on a high note this summer and fall, with the band launching a lengthy North American tour before going away for a “lengthy hiatus,” according to a press release.

The Say Goodnight to the Bad Guys tour, featuring planned three-hour-plus sets split into acoustic and electric portions, kicks off August 13th in Milwaukee, WI. Fans shouldn’t fret too soon about saying goodbye to the band – The tour spans over 5 months, visiting more than 50 cities and wrapping with a six-night engagement at San Francisco’s Fillmore Auditorium.
